SGC$: 3,174.29 Bank: 0.00 Total SGC$: 3,174.29 | A new study concludes that crustaceans, like those tasty, succulent lobsters, likely do feel pain when you throw them into a pot of merrily boiling water. Robert Elwood, a professor of animal behavior at Queen's University in Belfast, Ireland, and the co-author of a new study on crustaceans and pain published in the Journal of Animal Behavior, talks about the drama in the kitchen. On our blog, we'll link to the study and a video on the humane way to cook a lobster. Hint: Kill it first. http://www.npr.org/templates/story/s...15&ft=1&f=1001 ![]() I made a terrible mistake That I can't take back. Now when I close my eyes, All I see is black.Whoever thought,That this would happen to me I'm not chained physically,But mentally,I'll never be the same,Never again.I deeply regret ,what I did.The mistake I can't take back.I regret it deeply, I just have one plea....God please forgive me. |

SGC$: 638.75 Bank: 1,288.00 Total SGC$: 1,926.75 | Putting a live creature into a pot of boiling water to kill or cook it, is really cruel! The video showed a lobster being cut into 2 halves before being boil. The question is "Won't the lobster feel pain when it is cut into 2 halves with a knife?" ![]() เพื่อนสนิท - Peuan Sanit - ดูมัส - Doo Mat Last edited by Peuan Sanit : 30-11-2007 at 11:41 AM. |
