"Rise" 是正式主题歌为东南亚国家联盟第40周年纪念庆祝。

东盟今年成立40周年，“新加坡之光”孙燕姿受邀演唱东盟40周年主题曲《RISE》，用她美妙的歌声把东 盟体系联起来。新加坡外交部的文告说，在众多新加坡歌手中挑选孙燕姿，是因为小天后很受年轻人欢迎，希望借 她的魅力和亲和力，让更多年轻人进一步认识东盟。由新加坡知名创作人李迪文及Kenn C编写，《RISE》是狮城为庆祝及纪念东盟成立40周年的一系列庆祝活动之一，一级音乐人操刀，除了找来 一级音乐人操刀，《RISE》MV的拍摄丝毫不马虎，共在东盟12处取景，并将连同东盟各国的120名儿童 一起入镜。刚在半个多月前完成MV，迟些时候会在电视上播出，但周六（4日）有人抢先将孙燕姿拍摄《RIS E》的画面上载到youtube网，并附上《RISE》英语歌词，让姿迷先睹为快。
