star tortoise? the tortoise with star patterns on its back and comes from india? [if im not wrong] isnt this tortoise illegal to keep in singapore? just saw it in the science centre today. hahahh. sorry if im wrong though. :/

i doubt anyone will wan to giv it up as it is actually illegal to keep star tortoise at home once caught u will be fined if i m not wrong.. so many those have it will definitely not willing to giv it up

Just go to those pet shops you see in the marketplace selling fish birds and hamsters (those lao ya local ones not owned by companies like pets safari).

Ask the owner if they have star tortoise but do it discreetly (cuz yeah, they are illegal) .. Haha They keep them in basins on high shelves out of sight from ava officers

Guard them well =) My bf's one ran away LOL.. guess the basin was too low .. I said he very the tokong .. Tortoise so slow also can run away from him

they used to be selling at serangoon north's pet shops... you have to try go ask the uncles or aunties discreetly. they might have a few tho. i heard one of the pet shops have pythons too! totally cool man. i also heard they kena caught by AVA. dunno now still have or not.
