Yes, it is not as though our mails are lost through singpost. Mine is registered mail. If Singpost lost it, they should be the one to answer for this but the thing is, the address is not even right! At least have the decency to explain. IF you really have trouble with our stocks, I will say this again. I don't mind taking just the refunds and not the stock.

also, PLEASE REFUND! the 7 bucks have been owed since last week. Don't understand why it is so difficult for just 7 bucks.
