Soccer: FIFA kicks off first global retail store - Singapore's Online Community

INTERNATIONAL football's governing body, FIFA, on Wednesday kicked off in Singapore its first global store selling jerseys, T-shirts, balls and other official merchandise.
The shop, located in Changi Airport's newly opened Terminal 3, sells FIFA and World Cup-branded items, a FIFA press release said.

Similar outlets are to open later in London, Tokyo and Los Angeles, it said.

'With today's world premiere of the FIFA official store we find another way to touch the world,' said Mohamed bin Hammam, president of the Asian Football Confederation and a FIFA executive member.

'FIFA and its various World Cup events have become part and parcel of people's everyday lives.... The official store will be a great opportunity to reach out to football fans across the length and breadth of the world.'

The store is managed by Singapore-based Global Brands Group, appointed by FIFA in 2005 to be the worldwide exclusive licensing representative until 2014. -- AFP

it's like inside leh need boarding pass there's like a dome in the floor showcasing all the goals frm fifa and it's surrounded by the names of the nations that won fifa and how many star they have. if i can take pics i'll post them here

Sian leh , i tok open to public as said it was inside the boarding area & need a pass. guess for visitor only cannot go in jalan jalan unless we go oversea using T3 terminal.
