Massaging helps to loosen up the fats..its quite effective. My friend has tried it at a chinese doctor and after a few sessions, she noticed that her waist and arm area seem softer than usuall. I suppose as the sessions go on, the fats will be easily dissolved and passed out from the system.

I went for my first session! My therapist said I had hard fats so she massage until so harddd it was painful! my WHOLE leg has muscle ache now!

but its worth it but my thunder thighs to diminish!!! yay!

Massage kind of soften the fats, so in between sessions, you may feel some flabbiness.

Maybe with every session, use a measuring tape and weigh yourself then record it down.

Wahh...you young people so willing to spend $100 plus for an hour's session of massage ah?

Detox is important for weight loss, of coz but if you buy the Hollywood Diet drink, you can detox yr body for less than $100....

I am sceptical abt massages for weight loss becos I tried so many different ways (massage included) and I found the best and most permanent way is to exercise regularly and eat sparingly.
