i went to those slimming centre before and yes it does nothing to my weight/figure
lol
i learnt it the hard way. but sometimes women give in and tot tat we can 'try' becoz we are too desperate for solutions in a short time frame

furthermore it's not as if the whole experience is a relaxing and enjoyable one. it's often veri tortureous! in fact i nv finish the whole course i bought, becoz i didnt see any results and i think exercising is a more enjoyable way to lose weight.
