When do you fall asleep in clasS? I always sleep during my form teacher's class, English. When she start talking, can talk non-stop like machine gun.. the whole class also feel sleepy therefore the class always very quiet at her lesson lol..

Then during chemistry, the teacher always get bullied by class.. some malay boys will disturb her. then me and my fren will talk talk talk so very little people sleep at her class. haha, kinda miss class though.. but don't miss lessons =/

i usually just stare into blank space even if the lesson is super boring. just picture yourself in the teacher's shoes, how would u feel if your students fell asleep in your class?

don't know? i don't intend to be a teacher anyways. :mellow3: but some teacher don't allow to rest our heads tho.. we cant help it if we're feeling sleepy right? even sweets can't help me stay awake =/

lesson wich i will fall sleep are phy,chem,SS and math!
lol...
really cannot concentrate on those few subj esp maths n chem....

i started sleeping in class when i was in pri sch. kept getting caught. == im sleepy cos i sleep late - i was a night owl. :l

when i moved on to sec sch, i started sleeping earlier. therefore, i dun sleep so much anymore. the cause now is that the lesson is super duper boring then i will feel sleepy one.

when i feel sleepy i really cant keep my eyes open so even if i dunwanna sleep i will continue sleeping..

i will only start feeling awake when my classmate wakes me up [haven kenna caught yet], tio caught by teacher [super malu one ] or sleep for a few minutes for a few times.

think about why u need to study, then i think will motivate you to listen in class. why some people can listen in class, why some can't? the reason i can think of is because you don't know the need of studying and is not working towards the goal of studying better.

1. think of why you need to study
2. think of the reasons and the benefit for concentrating in class (eg. lesser revision time needed)
3. be emotionally charged to work towards the benefit and goals (by linking it to something that is impt to you)

i think that will help you better

Eh. i try not to sleep in class cos yea, it's kinda sad case for teacher if their students sleep in class. unless it's really tiring which is caused by my intensive CCA practise. hmm
you guys can go try the halls extra strong mint. the silver black kinda color wrapping paper. extremely effective. don buy those sweet stuffs. no use man!

thanks for the tips. but it is uncontrollable right? if we listen to them talking we end up falling asleep(for some).. there are times when i use my water bottle the water and pour some on my hand and wash my face. it didn't work. too desperate to stay awake..
