we dun make our customer pay on the spot, we only bill them, unless the technician is out source to another company and have a situation like something is spoiled and nid to pay for that device, and normally we CSOs will inform cust of the onsite charges first
next time call 1610 (internet) or 1609(home line) or 1688(billing) first to confirm everything
