Silvercab Driver - Very Rude

I had met two Silvercab Driver whom are very rude.

One time I took a Silvercab to tampines four years ago the taxi driver drive one big round.

Normally I will pay around SGD 6.00 - SGD 7.50 but that time it cost around SGD 11.00.

I ask him why his fare cost more and why he took the longer route izzit.

He is not happy he say next time dont take cab lah.

Today another Silvercab driver also very rude SHB8784M.

I took it with my two sisters and my mum.

My dad was busy to fetch us therefore we took the cab home.

My mum ask nicely going to Geylang is this route mah?

My mum only want to know is it there is another route.

The Driver say you want to go that place you have to cross to the opposite direction to take cab you cannot take cab from here.

My mum say what do you mean I have to cross the opposite direction.

You can U turn right I pay the money for you to earn yet you earn what I just want to ask is that another direction to that palce.

Then my mum say if that so why you drive already and tell me you cant ferry us since like that you might as well dun let us board the taxi.

He stop the Taxi and ask us get out.

He scolded my mother "You this type of woman!" in Mandrain meaning - (你这种女人）

My mum was so angry and he tell my mother go complain lah I scare you meh take down my number go complain...

My mum say she will not complain waste her time!

After that we alight and we took a yellowcab and my mum use the same way to ask the yellowcab uncle he say no matter which side we still will ferry the custormer because we are in the service line and there is no such thing as must go to which direction to take unless inside the CBD area.

May I know who had bad experiences taking SilverCab?

Actually every taxi has rude peoples, I hate those with super bad attitude. There was once, after school I and my friend wanted to take a cab to TPY. We have a total of 5 person, I know most of the uncle wouldn't allowed it because if accident, they can't claim their insurance. So I kindly asked the uncle, ' Uncle ah, I going tpy, 5 person can or not ? ' Then he's like ' CANNOT CANNOT ' with those super bad tempered tone,
so I just replied him ' Cannot then nvm, in dialect ' and I slammed the door, and he wind down his window to argue with me, so I just argued with him and he said he gonna go my school and complain, FYI my school is just opposite. And he really turn him and complain, KNN !

... 5 person cfm cant de... unless 5 gals maybe... last time my sch also. at dover and we gg clementi we norm take mercz cab as its bigger.. and we pay the uncle more.. =]

i don't think the taxi driver have any wrong, they work till so tired, alway have some bad mood, so the right way is " chat with the taxi driver nicely and politely, they will be happy to serve you, even if the taxi driver have anything wrong, just ignore it, you won't die, when complaining pls think of people that is more worst, this is just the very small problem

Tired is an excuse I work 27 hours once doing retail Working from 11am to 10:30pm Closing then Stock from close take till next morining 6am go home wash up 2 hours then 8am till 11am in store aduit then work half day from 11am till 3pm go home. I still smile smile @ custormer... I also tired mah... NEVER SLEEP somemore...

In service line the most important is custormer... No Custormer No money , No Money No Sales, No Sales No Pay....

yeah, i think tired is not an excuse either. this case then i think every person working should be giving bad attitude. but that is not what we see. to be in the service line is to be able to put your moods and problems aside during work. in fact its the same for all jobs. have to put your problems aside and concentrate during work. even in school. its learning to focus, and know what is the main priority at that point in time.

nwaday taxi drivers very attitude.... See ppl..on road waiting..they jus drive pass us.. they didnt even put change shift/on call etc...they purposely wait for people to on-call

nowadays taxi drivers are very rude always take longer route got once a taxi driver even want to drive to orchard then go up CTE which my house here just go outram thee can go up cte that i shout at him why u take this route? He say he not familar with the route and when reach the location i request for receipt and he still fierce to me say can't give. But i inist i want as need to claim back from office and he say if your boss ask why so expensive dun say it's his fault.

i had many bad exprience with silvercab(S.C.) & silver-arrow(S.A.) cabbies.
not as a customer but as another road user.
Once i saw S.C. along lornie rd, driving rather slowly,
but somehow the cab jus moved left & right between 1st & 2nd lane.
as i overtook him from the right i slowed down & look at him.
OMG! he was dozing off as he was driving. i couldn't believed my eyes. (thank god no customer)
i quickly slowed down & moved to his rear.
rapidly soft horn him 2 wake him up, and i kept my high beams on him.
he woke up and park by the road side with his hazard lights.
i overtook him with my left window wind down. before i could speak.
he **** me upside down. i was stunned.
couldn't be bother, i drove off. wonder if i should jus let him sleep, drive & die.

S.A. cabbies, WORST drivers i have seen in Singapore.
illegal turning without looking out for others. jus lane change in front of u to pick up customers.
and hell alot more of nonsense from them.
almost cause accident to my wife twice.
Advise for cab takers, pls avoid being onboard S.A.
they are really terrible.

They bully us they tot we took taxi because we dun drive / we dun know the road route to the destination.
