Description:
The story begins during the year when Wei Yi is 15 years old. Due to an accident, Qi Wei Yi, who has everything in this world, was sent to the only hospital in a village. During the boring recovery, Wei Yi accidentally discovers an underground air raid shelter in the old hospital. Through a secret passageway within the air raid shelter, he meets a Korean girl, two years younger than him, Zhao Shen Shen, who lost her voice due to an accident. Furthermore, a pure love develops from this meeting. However, due to a succession of mistakes and misunderstandings, Shen Shen and Wei Yi lost contact with each other. Nine years later, Wei Yi is faced with a very busy business profession and bears the burden of his parents' expectation for him to take over the business. A life that has never encountered any difficult situations made him into a dazzling and confident person. One day, Wei Yi, dismissed a senior employee easily and without any second thoughts. Unexpectedly, the next day, a mute girl and a gangster type guy came to him to seek justice! Wei Yi never imagined that the mute girl is Zhao Shen Shen from nine years ago!

Silence starring Vic Zhou, Park Eun-hye, and Andy Hui is a new TV series of Hong Kong and China collaboration. It is an exciting new work in which big stars from Korea and Hong Kong costar with Taiwan's Zaizai and Megan Lai.

Korea: Park Eun-hye
- Starred in Korea drama "A jewel in Palace."
- In the process of costarring with Korean actress Cho JiWoo in a TBS TV series.

Hong Kong: Audi Hui
- Starred in "Chao Ji Xue Xiao Ba Wang" and "Xiang Jian NI."

The story is about young people of today seeking true love. Vic acts as an heir with only one year left to live. Park Eun-hye plays a woman who loses her voice and can not talk. Andy Hui appears first time in a Taiwan TV series and plays a character who lives recklessly for love.

The shooting is not confined to Taiwan, and will include overseas location(s). It will be televised in several countries including Japan.

What I liked about the show:

- The amazingly poetic lines
- The soundtrack
- The wardrobe: Vic wears really sharp and smart business suits, and he looks so good! They could have improved Yellow's wardrobe though (I do understand that it was in keeping with his role, but still, he could have looked so much better!)
- The cinematography (a lot of the scenes looked manga-inspired)
- Vic!
- The use of sign language

What I didn't like:

- Too many crying scenes
- Too many flashbacks to when they were kids
- The last episode was a little too rushed

Favorite moments (in random order):

- Whenever Wei Yi listens to his iPod (he looks SO GOOD!)
- When Wei Yi first finds out about Shen Shen's true identity
- The whole day that Wei Yi spends with Shen Shen and the kids after he finds out about her identity
- Wei Yi teaching Ah Han how to swim
- Wei Yi and Shen Shen writing notes on a brown paper bag, on the bench
- Zhuo Jun's father talking to Wei Yi in the church
- Shen Shen asking Wei Yi to choose between the 2 postcards in the church
- Shen Shen using sign language to the song on the beach
- During the dinner party at Wei Yi's house, when Shen Shen stands up and uses sign language to talk to him
- All the scenes when Wei Yi and Shen Shen are living together
- Wei Yi's costume at the costume party for Yellow's sister
- Yellow's sister's encounters with Wei Yi in the office
- After Shen Shen faints and Wei Yi brings her back, and she says thank you using sign language
- Wei Yi hugging Shen Shen in the rain
- Wei Yi telling Zhuo Jun never to hurt Shen Shen
- Wei Yi and Shen Shen meeting in the airport
- Wei Yi reading the message that Shen Shen sent him, where she confessed that she liked him

watched finish and the ending is very sad but still quite like it
