Yes it's true. After sometime, the shampoo may no long work as well as before. So it's advisable to switch.

ya lorz.. sometimes the hair become more difficult to maintain aft i switch to a diff shampoo lehz.. den i wil switch baq again.. tink i rather nt switch lorz..

Should alternate...if not hair was be immuned to be effects of shampoo aft sometime. Keep switching abit weird right...then forever won't find something good to use.

At home i use LUX super rich
At bf hse i use Herbal Essences the rose smell one its smells super nice ^^

You can always switch back to the same brands that you're using before that. Just alternate it. Some shampoos when used, the hair may feel dry but doesn't mean it bad. Just means that it's cleaner. Example, dandruff shampoo. A conditioner will smoothen the hair.

i used to take L'oreal shampoo that orange bottle one for fizzy hair but my hair is so short, so stopping using that brand for the time being but im now using some japanese brand of shampoo.. never really notice the brand.

i'm sugar and spice and everything nice if you wanna mess with me, you better think twice
