dear all bowlers,

just a piece of reminder

all training sessions will be limited to 5bowlers per lanes max of 4 lanes per training session only.

and there will be only a monday and sat coaching session FOC any other other sessions unless held to replace the sat and mon sessions,will be charged accordingly.

when u come for training please bring your ball carrier bag aka the see saw bag

pls let mi know if u have any injuries to your wrist,back or kneecap

the next n last thing is .....

the training are gonna be tough

i will be emphasizing a lot on the fundamentals

so if you are expecting bowling training sessions to be just go there bowl and thats it,you are wrong,do not waste space on the lanes, and would suggest you dont turn up.

although i can make your avg go up by 10 to 20pins sometimes even up to 50 tru a shorter way,but i wont do it because i rather you guys have a solid foundation n minimise the risk of injuries to your body than for u to take short cuts

for those who bowl your games regularly,my training will not affect your normal bowling drastically but in fact improve on it because i will be incorporating the training into your game,so dont worry so much

As of last sat i am sure all bowlers attending the training session will notice a lot of diff in the attitude of the coach during training and when not coaching as well as the type of drills doen are diff from the usual

reason is because the devil in the coach has evolved from the angel

so be prepared for more scoldings and tougher training sessions,
reason being when in training you guys do everything the coach is asking for,but when out of coaching,all is given back to the coach

this will be my last request for all bowlers attending the lessons to APPLY what you learn in class to your bowling,if not do not waste your time coming down for training sessions.

there will be certain compulsory rules to adhere to when it comes to training session as well...in time to come you will understand why the coach is making all such rules compulsory

as usual my words are,if you think you can take it,come for the training,if you cant,dun come.

if u are just satisfied with just a tip or two to increase your pin fall by 20pins,just come to me and tell me that is what you want and i will grant your wish,but my sessions are made for bowlers to benefit in long term

success in bowling does not come with laziness or just by thinking you can skip a step or 2 to gain success
it tru consistency
and consistency comes from solid foundations
and solid foundations are the hardest to build up
so why not just bear with it,grit your teeth and endure it?

Team B.O.B is not just any other tom dick or harry team u find on the streets.

Just to explain on the organisation chart

you will see that the organization is divided into 4 sectors with the coach being the top most level
followed by the coo who is the founder of team b.o.b
and his team of officers
lastly by the junior officers (reason being they are gonna be enlisted to the army in the near future and wont be able to help out in the team as much as the rest of the officers)

other than coaching related decisions, all other issues will be discussed by the coach,coo and the rest of the officers except the junior officers before any decision is made unless there is a deadlock in any decisions which cannot go tru only than will yours truly be making the final decision to the best possible decision that will benefit all others.

in team b.o.b yours truly emphasize on the motto of "learn as a team,progress as a team and WIN as a team"

in the event of any other persons except for the officers of team b.o.b who wishes to organize any bowling event,please kindly inform the officers and get the support from team b.o.b if not none of the b.o.b officers will be held responsible for anything for we do not wish to tarnish the good name of sgc as well as team b.o.b

team b.o.b works as a team and functions as a team,so we hope that all persons will co-operate with sgclub bowling club (sgcbc) team b.o.b

any members of sgcbc team b.o.b who has the potential to help sgcbc team b.o.b out responsibly will be offered a post of officer

a few issues to take note of

1....we finally secure the domain www.teambob.sg
but we will still use here as in sgclub.com as our main means of communication
the construction of the website will be more for information and it will link us back to the forum here

2...organizational changes
we welcome aboard fabulous68 as our marketing and communications officer (mco)
he will be taking charge of the marketing and social development of teambob

we have decided to relieve RWO of his duties since he has expressed concerns over his inability to bowl and commit to training and of cos he has not been participating and contributing to the team ever since the bowling gathering we had in kallang

3...training sessions charges
a $5 training fee will be implemented for all training sessions on top of the lanes charges and we will waive off the $1 fee that is being collected every week now.
and we will only allow up to a max of 3 bowlers per lane per training session
this will come in effect from 28 April 2008 onwards

4...bowling clinics
with the expansion of teambob we will be holding bowling clinics in future so that the bowlers will be exposed to more information and technical know how of the game and participants will be expected to pay for such clinics

5...discounts from pro shops
as announced earlier,sports gallery planet bowl has already gracious accepted our proposal and will be giving discounts to bowling merchandises

and tru the owners of the teambob tee shirt,you will be entitled to discounts

which will bring us to our last issue

6...teambob tee shirt
we have managed to secure the services of a printer who makes very good tee shirt and the orders have already been sent out and in the process of making as of today.

each teambob tee will be at $30.

the design of the tee will be fully embriodered not a bit of printing or heat transfer on it
so u can be assure of something professional and stylish to wear.

TFO please be ready to collect the payments and get it done by Sat 19 April 2008.
