SGC$ Auction Term of Use:- By making a bid on items in SGC$ Auctions, you have agreed to the terms stated below.
- SGClub.com have the right to deny any bids that they feel is invalid/suspicious.
- SGClub.com would not be liable for any loss or damage in transit of mailing.
- Winner must provide valid address for shipping of items, SGClub.com will not be responsible for any loss of items due to invalid address.
- SGClub.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use each time before using the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
SGC$ Auction Rules:- Each member is limited to win 2 items per month.
- Members are only allowed to make a bid unless they have enough SGC$ in their account.
- Any Invalid bids will be given 1 point infraction.
- You are not allowed to edit post in this section, please double check before you make a bid.
- Any bids made after 11:59pm (time shown on SGClub) of the auction ending date, will not be accepted.
- If highest bidder resign from the auction or expired the 7 days time period, then the item will goes to second highest bidder.
