In theory, you do not have any legal rights over the image.
By using it without permission, you can be considered to be infringing the copyrights.
However, they tend not to be too strict on this as it may help in their marketing efforts.
All posts made are of subjective nature by default, unless explicitly mentioned. I am afterall still human.
