Default Selling flags for charity?

Selling flags for charity? Poly students would rather queue for donuts

Selling flags or queuing up for donuts? Well, the choice was clear for these students, who were spotted by Aeron Yeo queuing for donuts together with their donation tins. This occurred on early Thursday morning (12 April).
the behaviour of these students, who were so enthusiastic about donuts that they started queuing even before the shop opened. He wishes they could transfer some of the enthusiasm to selling flags instead.
You've heard about the donut craze...it's really crazy...but how about students supposedly doing charity QUEUING UP for the donuts instead?

Heard to be students from Singapore Polytechnic, they were the first in queue for Donuts on this Thursday morning. What a shame was that they were holding flag tins and supposed to be selling flags but instead they were queuing up for Donuts and FIRST in LINE..?
What's more absurd is that as the time nears the opening hours, more of them joined in the queue amongst their friends ignoring those behind in queue.

What's the point in doing Charity anymore when students don't care about asking for donations, but instead buy Donuts for themselves

Cherish every moments every secs.

are they doing Community Involvement Programme? there have been many cases of people admitting to slacking in these type of CIP lol. reported in newspaper just a year or two back if i dont remember wrongly. one boy said that he went home and slept for 6 hours and put a few coins in and got 8 hours of CIP.

my school has banned this CIP. but this is just a matter of integrity i feel. if you are going to do CIP, might as well make it as meaningful as possible, if not why do you even bother doing CIP other than having to accumulate mandatory CIP hours.

Hmm... charity should come from the heart. Not by enforcing rules.

actually a lot of people do CIP for the hours and not from their heart. A lot of people chose to take the can and then went off to slack at some place. Everyone will have this heart. But then it is whether you really mean to do it or not.

not suprising seen before students suppose to do charity work went lan shop or pool played bah

to fall in love is always easy
to start a relationship is always simple
to build it, is always tough
to maintain it, is 'better said than done'
to break off, is 'easier said than done'
to remain friends after u broke off, is never possible
to forget the memories is 'always doing but never succeeding'
to heal the pain within is hard and tough and never near simple
but one has to try to heal your own heart...
