SINGAPORE : The Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI) will host an international convention for Chinese entrepreneurs in 2011.
And when the 11th World Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention (WCEC) is held, it would be exactly 20 years after it was founded by the SCCCI.
More than 3,000 delegates from all over the world are expected to attend the convention.
The biennial event will discuss the origin and development of Chinese enterprises worldwide.
Since the first convention was held in Singapore in 1991, the meeting has been held in Hong Kong, Bangkok, Vancouver, Melbourne, Nanjing, Kuala Lumpur, Seoul and Kobe/Osaka. - CNA/de
