eh ya experienced this b4.. waiting for the bus 24 at changi airport... waited for about 25min... hmm.. in the end quite crowded, cos the train stopped already.
cos what they (SBST) see on the screen is a dot and whether its moving or not (they GPS quite lag too..).
and of cos, unless the bus driver calls back to the HQ (if you notice, there a microphone and speakers somewhere in the driver's cabin) to report things like vehicle breakdown or accidents and power failure (on the traffic signal) on the road.
