yup, i always get complained at work.by such ppl..... and you know y?
For being good at what i do..... They cannot find fault with my work.... they talk about my habits.... about me coming late to work about me not talking to them.
At the end of the day......
I get promoted to be in charge of them

in the western country...
people advance into the next step by finding out about the other work/idea and improve on it..
but people in the eastern pull other down to make sure they are higher than others because they think it is improve...
