Anyone here using Samsung phones? I'm thinking of getting the ultra edition 12.1. Looks damn nice lor... :love4:

Btw, would like to ask. Nokia phones have a call log where it records everything and u can set it for 1day. But you can't delete a single entry. If u wan to delete the log, you'll have to delete everything. How about for Samsung phones? (I think its under recent contacts right?) Can u delete one single entry or also will delete everything once u wans to delete it?

Is Samsung phone nice and user-friendly?

i using the ultra 13.8 which is z720... been using for a few months since it 1st launch... not bad lor... only that it heats up veri fast... and of coz, the batt dun last long enough...

i use E800C before and it's a lousy phone cos got once when ppl call me i already press ans but will reject as the phone got problems. So i send for repair and got to wait for around 1 mth as they dun have the parts to repair.

My friend also using one samusang hp but can't rem what model and it's not good too as always auto switch off and always hang no matter he send for repair how many times.

i using 10.9, which is U600, u700 is the one tt is 12.1,
difference is 3g and the 4 touch buttons.

you can delete a single entry or choose to delete the entire log.
anything is fine except that for message,
u can either have tone, or vibration.


user friendliness depends on user. i switch phone often and dont see any prob.

Currently using a SGH-Z560 (3.5G HSDPA) clam phone... My first time using a Samsung (previously using HP iPAQ PDA phone), so took some time to get used to its functions (especially messaging...)

I really like the ultra edition 12.1. But it only comes in silver colour which is really not so nice.. I prefer it in red or white which 10.9 has. But 10.9 doesn't have 3g.. Sigh...

So still thinking betwee N76 (red) or samsung 12.1... Haiz..

If only 12.1 has red colour, i sure buy!!

wow.. my friend has samsung ultra edition 12.1. i think it's very eye catching & cool :mellow3: 'm a fan of samsung, been using its phone & mp3. hehe.. love it's design & keypad alot :biggrin4:

i've been a samsung user all these while. love the design. but the bad thing is that the phone get warm when you talked on the phone.. even after a short while. the ringtone abit soft.. & you can't set the ringing tone mode to melody & vibration. it's either vibration first then melody, or melody only. & the sms tone you cannot customize it. well.. thats my old phone.. duno if now the new phones are also like that.

I think new phones not like tat wor.. I'm using the 12.1 now, can set melody n vibration 2gthr. N the ringtone is not soft. Havent tried customizing the ring tones thou, cos i felt the ringtones are rather nice.

Ultra 13.9???? New one??? How isit like?
