Anyone has a samsung U700 yet? what are the good points & bad points of this phone?

just wondering if this phone allows you to customize your msg tone? cuz the previous samsung phones i own did not allow me to do so. i had to choose one of the message tone already given in the phone.

& when someone calls, are we able to have the ringing tone & vibration acting at the same time? instead of just the melody or vibration first then melody?

oh & last enquiry. whats the difference between a samsung U700 & samsung U600? both seems the same to me..

Correction.

U600 is 10.9
U700 is 12.9


hehe. only difference is,
the 3g function, in terms of looks,
there is an extra cam at the front [due to 3g function]

and the 4 touch buttons,
other than that nth much difference bahs.


u600 in silver looks almost the same as u700.

I think should able to customize the tone, cos I using the U600i which is customized the message tone.

hmm... if I'm not wrong.. the msg tone oly supports certain files like .mid file... as for mp3 or mp4, it dun supports for msg tone... Correct me if I'm wrong... =D

finally Samsung revised that function,sticking to using the default msg tones is a bad idea.

supports mp3.
however if you set tone for message tone,you cannot have vibration with the sms tone.

so its either, SMS tone, or vibration,
not together de

haha i'm thinking of buying this too. but i think you should go to the shop and have a feel of a few models first. cos i wanted to buy U600 but when i had a feel of the actual phone, it felt quite flimsy so i didn't buy...i think u700 got no radio? not too sure about that but i know u600 has.haha
