A salesman’s knock on the door was answered by a ten-year-old boy puffing on a cigarette, holding a can of beer in one hand and a pack of cards in the other. He also had a bra and fishnet stockings wrapped around his neck.

“Hello, young man,” the salesman said. “Is your mother home?”

“What do you think?” the boy replied.
