Sales Coordinator Responsibilities
-Check & process orders
-Prepare shipping documents & checklists
-Monitor shipments, rundown / inventory
-Ensure PO are shipped out as schedule
-Liaise with suppliers/customers for delivery schedule
-Support Improvement activities and prepare reports and presentation materials
-Coordinate replacement shipment
-Check & prepare quotations
-Month end Accs closing activities
Requirements
-“N”/”O”/”A” levels/Diploma
-At least 1-2 years experience in sales fulfilment co-ordination/order processing experience
-Communicate fluently in English, Mandarin
-Competent in MS office
-Preferably with SAP knowledge & experience
-Pleasant and outgoing disposition
-Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales coordination in established trading firm.
-Has experience with shipping matters
-Salary S$1800-2000
