Nowadays eat more at kuishinbo (suntec), Hojin (tanjong pagar) and Pariss ( Marina sq and Taka), where the variety of food is aplenty and more worthwhile Life is full of ups and downs. But one has to learn how to stand up on his own and continue his path to attaining enlightment...:mellow3: :mellow3:

1. sushi not well done. u could even see filling half filled or the rice not sticky going to fall apart that kind.
2. udon is really SOSO. not worth it.
3. ramen is *thumbs down*
4. and the best part is this, their wasabi? NOT FRESH AT ALL. To me, wasabi is important. Sakae's wasabi always appear to be in clumps. And once I tried this outlet at Raffles and e wasabi taste really weird...like turning bad lidat.
5. Service is really getting from bad to worse. I remember they used to have this computer where u can click to order? Now its gone. And when u wanted to order extra, there's hardly any waiters/waitresses around to see your hand signal. Once I went to Bugis, and these group of waiters just sit in one corner chit chatting. I was sitting very near them and waving frantically for attention, they pretend they din see mi.
Arghz. So why go Sakae when there's better jap food out there? |
