Anyone got tips?! XD Im a slow runner and I need to get staminer =X
My 2.4 is crap XD and I really want to pass this year (last year in school ><)
So anyone got any tips of running ?! XD Many say jog... But some how >< My stomach will ache and the lower part too... after like 1k....something My legs will hurt untill I want to just fall down >< I tried many ways =X

Keep on training, make it a habit to go jogging daily, and comfirm will improve.

get a buddy to run with you... pace with you... then jog daily to increase stamina..

our is like u find a partner, then the partner calculate for u.
either pass u ice cream stick or partner record the rounds of u have ran.
my fren will pass me extra ice cream sticks =x
if not will record 1 more round for me
and then when marking the record is we ownself go write the time ma
so if we fail by 1 min, then we make it 2 min lesser LOL =x
