REVENGE! SUGGESTIONS ANYONE?

I'm JUST SO ANGRY NOW!!! ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR REVENGE???

BE IT STUPID, UNTHINKABLE, UNJUSTIFIABLE, SOCIALLY WRONG, WATEVER...
HUMOR ME....PLSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!

Wat happen was:

Some time ago, i signed up 4 different packages with "I.sis Dr Treatment". In September, they closed down both branches in town, left 2 branches in the West (Both (1)Cuppage and (2)Bukit Timah closed, left (3)Westmall and (4)Jurong Point).

Repeated emails back and forth came to no avail. They mentioned that 1 of my package which I have not touched can be refunded. Request for receipt was being scanned and emailed to them(2 different types all emailed). They then replied that they need the receipt with both parties signature in order to process the refund (I then recalled that they had 3 different types of receipt).

By then, I realised that they've been tryin to delay time. Beside, last email went: "note that your first package had already expired on the 10/07, and thus the balance of the package will be voided. However, as a good will, the company is willing to return your package balance should you not cancel the second package."

I would have been able to finish the expired package had they not shifted location by september!!!!....i signed up my 1st package on 27th Nov 06!!!!!!

OK................tat's my limit...........SUGGESTIONS, ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!

Go to small claim tribuals or CASE and lodge an official complain against them.

like ^ she had mentioned, try contacting the relevant authorities better

Depending on the amount you want to claim back... can go to Small Claims Tribunal.. If you want to really bring it to a higher level.. then institute a civil action =) Can sue them under Consumer Fair Tradings Act as Sale of Goods Act would not be applicable in this situation unless you bought something.

T.S : u should not be thinking of revenge . but Going to CASE and make a report.. ! . and like what kib0shdreamer said . keep a copy of your emails and show CASE !
