The purpose of this thread is for spree-ers whom have joined [L]iyen’s sprees and have not received their items and/or refunds till to date.

Dear SGClub Spree-ers,

We have received numerous complaints and feedbacks recently with regards to our previous Spree Organizer, [L]iyen pertaining to late delivery of spree items and refunds issues.

Therefore, SGClub had came to a better solution to solve this problem in a more amicably way.

We hope to seek everyone kind understanding to help to post up the calculation (amount paid/amount to be refunded) in format stated as below:

She replied : On Monday. 28th January 2008

(what pissed me off is last week,she told me over msn on wednesday or thursday that she sent out my item on that particular day, now she tell me Monday??)

Admin,Mod,I will wait till next Monday for the loots to arrive,that is 7 days (4th Feb 2008)

If not,pls take necessary actions.

I requested for registered post and liyen had deducted postage cost from her refunds to me previously. She said that she would send out 2 fridays ago,18/1/07, but till now there's no sign of items.

Another of my concern is Twodo Spree, which liyen has yet to settle. When asked about the status, she would push it to vio by saying that vio would be helping her. That is so irresponsible. I hope there'd be closure to this spree, preferable a refund, especially since she neglected dealing with the seller in the early days.

she told me last week that my items were sent out on Thursday, which is obviously total BS because up til now i have not received my package, so which means she's just trying to get us off her back. her level of irresponsibility is beyond comprehension. i want my items before CNY if not, a FULL REFUND. thank you.

I pm her my address and acc no, but i have not received anything at all, and also my refunds, she asked us to add her to msn but she never reply to the messages also..email and pm her also no reply..like she totally MIA!!!!!!!Totally irresponsible act!!Shouldnt have open spree if she cannot handle!!! its been close to 5 months for this spree, hope to settle it soon..If she failed to give me my items before CNY, i request for a FULL REFUND also.Thanks mods for the help.
