reference is for character checking, maybe your old school teacher/lecturer or your previous employer can be..

but i guess it depends on employer..

Nope....but one factor that will certainly dimish your chance of getting a job is confidence...especially during the interview process....

u can still ask ur prof to write u a reference letter.. or if u're only required to provide their numbers, jus provide lo.. usually they wldnt call.

whether or not they call is up to employer, but its always not good to think that they would not call.
