 Ref D8117 Customer Service Executive @ Clementi Loop
Handle customers' enquiries / quotation. Liaise with customers and internal department to execute customer's instruction. To support the external sales force and be responsible for day-to-day business with selected customers. To provide good customer service through product knowledge, handling enquiries. To prepare and co-operate with internal and external agents to process or make available necessary shipping documents, export/import documents, etc. Responsible for order processing, close follow-up and internal co-ordination with customers, logistics and warehouse to ensure timely delivery.
Salary: $2700 + Transport allowance
Malaysian who have exp in shipping can also apply.
