FREE PAINTBALL CLINIC WITH THE RED SEVENS

We would like to invite you to join us in our “Paintball Know How” clinic.
The Red Sevens will teach you how to play paintball (for free) and play a few games at the same time - hopefully you will develop an interest in our game.

Formed in 2006, the Red Sevens is Singapore’s first and only competitive paintball team. Since our establishment, we have participated in the Malaysia Paintball Official Circuit (MPOC) 2007 and the Werdnahol Cup 2007.

Members of our team have also participated in the Hybrid Asia Paintball Clinic 2007 which is conducted by professional paintball players such as Todd Martinez from Team Dynasty and Nicky Cuba from Los Angeles Ironmen.

The Red Sevens is recognized by the Paintball Asia League Series (PALS), who is a member of the Asia Pacific Paintball Federation (APPBF). Our team is also supported by Paintball Association (Singapore). As a sponsored team by NXe Paintball (Malaysia), Red Sevens aims to promote and develop the sport of paintball in Singapore.

200 paintballs (2 pods) – SIN$25.00 (Recommended for 1 pax)
1000 paintballs – SIN$110.00 (Recommended for 3 – 4 pax)
3) Free usage of rental goggle, paintball marker (house marker) and unlimited gas refill.
4) Paintball fundamental coaching and understanding paintball safety from members of the Red Sevens.
5) Friendly games (if there are more than 6 participants).

THE RED SEVENS are looking for players.

Anyone from any age, guy or girl, with or without experience are welcome to come and try out the sport of paintball.

Paintball is one of the fastest growing extreme sport in the world with over 10 million players in the USA alone. There are professional and leagues in North America, Europe, Australia and there is even a league in Asia (PALS) and 2 leagues in Malaysia.

We play a tournament version of Paintball called Speedball which is played on a football field with air filled bunkers. Teams of 5 or 7 go head to head in 5 min games - alot of PB pellers and alot of agression, seed and firepower goes into a game of Speedball.

There are other types of games like woodsball/scenario which is played in the jungle and is more military styled. Many types of games of scenarios can be played- attack/defend a base/castle/capture your enemys flag etc.

Most guys get hooked by the thrill of combining shooting running and tactics in paintball and the team building with colleagues/friends. Paintball is popularly used as a method of team building by companies because you need team work and trust to win a game.

Currently there are no places to play speedball in Singapore and there is no proper competition/league. The RED SEVENS play mainly in KL because of cost and facilities. It costs up to 5 times more to play in Singapore than in KL. To give you an example it costs as low as RM75 for 500 PB pellets plus marker (gun), mask and protection kit rental.

Anyone/any age/any gender can play paintball. There are ladies teams in Malaysia competing in the PALS Asian league with other ladies teams. The largest number of paintball players in the world are kids below the age of 18.

Minimum load of 100 paintballs per gun, per player, per game. For safety reasons, we allow a maximum of 5 players per team. Bookings must be made at least two days in advance, subject to availability

Scenario paintball in is expensive - you're looking at SGD$400 per box ar Orchid. You can't cross the border in the middle so you have to shoot more paint to make kills.

In JB its about RM200-320 per box - thats SGD90 per box.

We train in KL and we pay about RM180 per box we shoot 1-2 boxes for training and 4-5 boxes in tournaments.

We can take you up to JB to play with us and teach you how to play- the cost would be around RM50-80 per person plus rentals of Marker (gun) goggles and chest protector and pellets.

PLAY PAINTBALL GAMES with FREE PAINT

3 man tournament for novices in JB on the 30thJune -1st July weekend. Registration its only RM50 per person with FREE PAINT.

The RED SEVENS are looking for people who are interested in playing to join us.
All levels of skills are welcome- this is a novice competition you will all be using the house markers and playing with other novice players.

If you have played before or never played- this tournament the CHEAPEST way to TRYOUT paintball. If you walk on or book to play in any PB field JB you'd have to pay about RM50-80 excluding extras. This tournament gives you FREE paint plus you get a few games organised for you with proper marshalling. Its a great opportunity for you to try paintball cheaply.

To show you the difference - we shoot about RM500 of paint per person for a MPOC tournament.

hmmm i heard from a friend that if u wanna play paintball (in spore), u need to gather a lot of people (as in, you go as one big grp), then the individual cost will fall...

Not just in singpgapore- anywhere you play- if you have the right number of players you divide the cost of a box of paint. You wont want to have too many people then you have less paint per person and less games. You want to go up with enough to have 2 or even 3 teams.

If you 've always wanted to try paintball but you think its too expensive- here is the cheapest paintball ever.

There is a mini 3 on 3 tournament for novice players at Octville Golf & Country Club in JB on the 1st July .

Don't be intimidated by the word "tournament" - you will be playing against other novices like yourself. Everyone will use the same markers (guns). It will be just like playing a bunch of games with anyone you meet at the paintball field.
Just think of this opportunity to get to play for only $22.

Registration is ONLY RM50 that is SGD22 and that is ALL you pay-
All the paint you shoot and all the games you play are inclusive.

It is is very very cheap - not to mention you will have games properly organised and marshalled for you.
