Hihi,

my buddy's birthday is around the corner and I am thinking of a great place to celebrate for her and probably a meal to be included.

please give me some suggestions and any idea where can i view the great international buffet as well? and our budget is about $30 per pax.

novotel at clark quay there.liang court down there...
price / pax is i think 34$ but u can apply for their accor membership though
