Default Recognised Private Schools

Do you guys know whether are there any recognised private schools that offer diploma courses to students ? If yes, can you guys give some information about the schools available. And also if possible, the school's website if you have it.

Appreciate if you guys can help. Thanks a million.

I think ultimately it depends on your grade. Why on the first place you choose private school? For some school like NAFA, LASALLE, they don't accept student with low O level grades..

Im just trying to find some other alternatives other than polytechnics. If i cant make it into any polys(touch wood), at least i have some extra information about these schools as I dont consider enrolling into an ITE or higher nitec an option for me.

Just trying to buy an insurance for myself.

Actually instead of asking people the informations of the requirements and stuffs, why don't you visit their websites? Private schools like MDIS, UNISIM, PSB academy are not really hard to search using search engine tools.

Age wise, like what others said it really depends on what courses and path you're interested because every courses has their very own requirement.

Like what you had asked, do SIM offers diploma courses? Thats for you to really research on rather then waiting to be spoon feed.

My advise to you is that research on it yourself, because being a student in a certain school doesn't mean that he or she would know the whole range of diploma courses, whats more the requirements for it right? Usually, they would only know about their own courses which they are currently doing.

As for your information about UNI SIM, its actually wrong, please do check the website.

For example, diploma in management studies, who said it requires a minimum age of 21?

Well its not that ive not been searching on my own and waiting for people to spoon feed me like you have just said. But rather the problem is that i dont even know whether some of these diplomas provided from the schools that i've searched are recognised in the public and private sectors. There so many private schools around in Singapore, but whether these are recognised diplomas is another thing. Even for schools like MDIS, PSB academy, its actually my first time upon hearing its name. How do i even search about stuffs on the school if i dont even know its school name? Therefore i'll appreciate if people could provide me on some private schools that you have come across and i'll check it on my own.

Thanks.

Is there a difference between part time course and full time course ? Because ultimately you still get your cert right ?
