That's true. We are just like slave working and working everyday, and have to follow and obey the policy to keep our job for making our living. So sadly, not many employer will lend helping hands to those whoever have any problem in their life. I know there is very few rare employer who is kind enough to help employees.

& we are taken for granted to work OT or any extra work tats not within our jobscope too...

Point 7 is always the reason i give when it time to KO. Company only pay for me to work from 9am to 6pm.. no OT.. etc.. why must i work so late.

Haha~ I always go to office as early as 8.30am when I am only needed at 9am. But I always leave on the dot, cause my work is too stressful liao. Haha~

This is an analysis for mediocre working people, thus the pay they receive is mediocre pay.

I don't agree on these theory...because I dont believe in mediocre life style.
