u want the elbow of your bowling arm to be flat.

having a straight arm contributes to having an unmuscled swing

the ball should only get as high as it is porpelled by a free armswing

the ideal release position sees the player bending from the kness and not from the waist

you want to release your shot with the ball within inches ofthe ankle of your sliding foot

the greater the distance from the ankle,the less leverage u will obtain
in addition you will have a tendency to "circle" the shot in an attempt to pull it toward your target,thus resulting the shot to have too much side roll and not enough of a powerful roll

the way we are built wil laloow you to get necessary lift and turn on the ball simply by coming straight through your shot....

of course make sense lor... hahaha... but i have problems with the bold one... ankle kena hit too many times until the hand will auto move away further from the ankle... hahahaa.... imagine a rock hard 14-lb bowling ball hitting the ankle.... kaox! sakit siax!

Coach, have a question.

How do we determined the lane conditions ? Like it's dry-light, medium or etc

Is it based on the ball route, when you released your first throw ?

we use the most comfy ball u have,bowl the most comfy line u bowl and from from the reaction of the ball to determine lane condition

but asnother way is to observe how other bowlers bowl and gauge

have been told that my swing always not straight. as in not like a pendulum swing. so its cause of my arm? cant seem to get a straight swing. is it because my ball is too heavy?

simple reason,u dun know how to do it cos of technique problem

the heavier the ball,the more u sud be able to do a unmuscled swing
