SGClub Spree Rules & Terms of Use

• By joining in SGClub Shopping Sprees, you have acknowledged that you have fully read and understood the rules and regulations and agree to be bound by these terms.

• Please note that SGClub serves as a medium for members to organize and participate in sprees and will not be held responsible for any losses or damages.

• Only authorized official spree organizers are allowed to start a shopping spree.

• This move is to prevent online fraud and unknown members from using SGClub as a platform for profit-making activities. This is to safeguard the interest for both members and SGClub.

• We do not encourage and/or postings of private/preorder sprees across SGClub shopping spree section and/or in the signature, such postings will be removed without notice. Anyone caught promoting their own private/preorders sprees in their signature will be given 3 points infraction for the first time and permanently ban for the second time.

• No profit-making is allowed for organizing sprees, the main purpose for sprees is to enjoy discounts or perks through bulk purchases. Handling fee charged by spree organizers is limited to a maximum S$1 per spree-er.

• You can request for a spree in the Spree Discussions & Requests section.

The Management reserves the rights to cancel any sprees held by the Spree Organizers if they fail to comply the rules and regulations.

The terms and conditions set out herein may be modified, amended or added at the sole discretion of the Management of SGClub.



Information for Spree Organizers

Requirement/Application for becoming SGClub Spree-Organizer

1) You must be at least with 10 itrader Feedbacks, or have organized sprees in other sites before you can apply to become an official SGClub Spree-Organizer.

2) To apply for an official SGClub Spree-Organizer, please PM violette (moderator of this section) with the following information. (No exception to any members)

• Scanned/Photocopied NRIC is to be submitted without fail for verification purpose.
  • Scanned or you can use your Camera/Cellphone to take a picture of your NRIC.
  • Photocopied and send through mail to violette

• Please also state if you have any past experience on Organizing sprees. If so, please provide any links/histories of your past spree experiences.

• Interview on web-cam with violette or take specify photos to confirm identity.
  • Exception for members that have already been confirmed with their identity.

***Submission of the above information does not guarantee 100% approval.


3) All newly joined Spree Organizers are allowed to have only 2 sprees in the beginning for Management's review. Once they have passed the completion stage, they are able to start a maximum of 5 sprees per cycle.

4) Start new spree thread in the SGClub Shopping Sprees section will require confirmation from the moderator. Thread will only be viewable to members when confirmed

5) Each official spree-organizer is allowed to organize a maximum of 5 sprees at a time (One cycle of 5 sprees means five concurrent sprees - ongoing and closed, as long as the spree is not completed, it is still within the cycle.).

6) Duration of 3 months is given for each spree to be fully completed, total of 6 Stages.

4. Delivery Stage
5. Refunds Payment
6. Order Collection Stage

PRIVACY POLICY

• By summiting the information stated above, you hereby accept this Privacy Policy and expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner prescribed herein. If you object to this use and disclosure, please do not provide any information.

• All the Information that you provide to SGClub or Automatic Information collected such as your IP address, your web browser type, operating system, URL clickstreams and etc. will be kept in record and use for such purposes as preventing online frauds/Scams to our members.

• SGClub will never disclose or sell any of the information that members provided to any external parties without permission or knowledge unless such information is collected to assist in criminal investigations.

• We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time so that it accurately reflects the regulatory environment and our own data collection and disclosures practices. All amended terms shall automatically be effective after they are posted on this Web site. It is your responsibility to check our Web site frequently to see recent changes.

*Only authorized official spree organizers will be allowed to organize a shopping spree in SGClub.

*We hope to bring the safest shopping spree environment for our members and let everyone to enjoy the fun of shopping sprees.


Organizer responsibilities (or dedicate these tasks):

1. - Payment calculation

2. - Consolidate orders

3. - Make purchases

4. - Update the status of the spree

5. - Collect spree'ers' contacts

6. - Logistics / distribution of products

7. - List out any specific spree terms & guidelines

8. - may reject unfamiliar members from spree

9. - Make sure that the site that you're going to order from is safe before
organizing. (To prevent bad sprees)

10. - Screenshots / scanned copies of invoices, payment details, receipts from the merchant / seller and other relevant details must be posted so that spree-ers know the actual amount billed and shipping costs.

11. - If there is a need to make a phone call to the overseas supplier/seller, please make sure that a scan copy of the telephone bill is provided for the spree-ers to share the cost.

12. - Spree Organisers should have the common sense to pack the items in appriopriate envelopes/packaging.

13. - If you cannot cope with the spree or you are too busy, please do not organize.

Information for Spree-ers

• Registered mail is strongly encouraged to prevent items lost in the mail. The spree organizers will not be liable for any damage & loss for normal mail items.

• Kindly arrange for self collection or meet up at the spree organizer’s convenience if you wish to save on postage cost.

• Please DO NOT participate in the spree if you do not trust the spree organizer.

• Do bear in mind that NO PRIVATE SPREES ARE ALLOWED in SGClub Shopping Spree Section. If you are to participate one, it would be at your own risk and discretion.

Spree-er Responsibilities:

1. Please read the spree organizer's terms and conditions / guidelines carefully before participation in the spree.

2. Please be pro-active to check the spree threads regularly for updates after submission of your orders and payments. If you are busy to be online, please refrain from participation.

3. Spree-ers must take time off to collect spree purchase or opt for registered mail. All sprees should be collected within 1 month from date of arrival. (Spree Organizer's terms will apply if any).

4. Post your orders ONLY once you have confirmed on the items you are purchasing.

5. No reservation of slots are allowed.

6. You are NOT allowed to cancel your items or orders once the spree had closed, meaning the spree cap had reached.

*We will forfeit your rights to take part in any spree in future if u failed to comply.


Please leave feedback for any Spree that you have participated in.

Why should you leave feedback?

1. It is a way to appreciate the Spree-Organizer and Spree-ers for participated in a Spree.
2. To earn your reputation in Spreeing.
3. People will do the same to you, if you leave them a feedback.
4. Once you reach 10 feedbacks then you can Apply for Spree-Organizer and start your own Spree.

*Note: You are allowed to leave 1 feedback per Spree that you have participated in.
