I Prefer high salary but has multiple task, cuz i believe women is better doin multiple task job than focus on one thing aaaaaaallllll the time =.=

but graphic designer job more crazy sia.. u design alots lots lots of things n work under pressure like super tight deadline but get as much as customer service officer =.=

thats why i've seen lots of woman/ladies/girl quit designer job and do multi-task job especially the one with lots of 'talking'. I think female are supposed to love 'talking' alot lolz.

believe it or not but most of successful designers are male. lolz.

at teriyaki.... hello, please wait long long if you expect an increment in your pay after 5 days. There are people who work for years before they get an increment! You are scary man....

restless...you are just the person my husband will like to hire. Are you currently employed? His style is to reward his staff (pay rise) only AFTER they have proven themselves capable, have initiative and are passionate about what they do. He is so sianz with job seekers who have zero experience but yet job hop because another company offer them $100 more.

This seems to be the trend of many young working people. To them, it's the salary that matters most and after learning all they can in the company they work for, they quit after a year to join another company. Perhaps, these people think it makes their CV looks impressive to have a list of their previous employers and the job scope they did. In reality, many employers shy away from job hoppers and in time to come, it's the staying power of an employee that will become a plus point for job seekers.

Politicking is rift in almost all companies. It is best to stay neutral and not get involved in taking sides. Not ALL colleagues are worth your while to make friends with. If they can gossip about others, you can bet they can also gossip about you. Euwww...market aunties in the workplace!

well, some ppl work for interest, some work for the money. and i tink those who work for the money, are really being a slave to money and i dont think they'll be happy coz we'll be like spending 50% of our lifetime working?

i belive in working for interest and earning money through investments and savings.
