Total SGC$: 342.40 | Random Recipes For YOU!! Pork Shirataki
Time: 25 min, 15 min prep
Serve: 4-6 servings
1 1/2 lbs pork chops, slice into thin strips
1 inch fresh ginger, chopped
2 garlic, chopped not minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, to taste salt and pepper
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 yellow pepper, sliced into strips
1/2 medium onion, sliced into strips
2 (7 ounce) bags shirataki noodles
1. In a medium bowl, place the first 8 ingriedents, and mix them together.
2. Let it marinade for 4-5 hours, or over night, toss it every few hours. (Optional, with best result follow it.)
3. Heat a little more sesame oil in a big big wok or skillet enough to contain the marinaded meat.
4. Take the pork out of the marinade, shake off excess marinade, and stir fry in the wok or skillet. season with salt and pepper.
5. Add the corn starch to the marinade and whisk to dissolve.
6. Add the peppers and onions when the pork is fully cooked and stir fry for about 2 minutes.
7. Add the noodles and marinade, and bring to a boil to thicken sauce.
This has a nice slightly sweet and spicy flavor. It's not greasy or heavy. And the noodles are excellent low carb pasta substitute, esp for those who want to go on diet!
Enjoy! Anything PM me! |

Time: 20 min, 5 min prep
Serves: 2 servins.
1/4 cup butter
1/8 cup diced onions
1/8 cup diced celery
1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups whole milk

1. Melt butter over medium-high heat in saucepan.
2. Add onions and celery.
3. Cook until tender for 3-5 min.
4. Whisk in flour and salt, blend it well.
5. Add slowly the milk, stir constantly and cook until thick, abt 3 min.
6. Add tomato juice, stir until blended.
7. Add salmon, stir.
PS: Still improving in this recipes. Personally, feel there's a lack in something.. TRY IT and tell me what can be added.. Thanks! |
