A professor entered the class and held up a glass of water. He asked his students, "How much does this glass weigh?"
"100 grams? 125 grams?" ventured his students.
"Maybe," replied the professor. "Now, if I were to hold it at arms' length for a while, what would happen to my arm?"
"Nothing," replied his students.
"Good. What about if I held it for an hour?"
"Your arm would start to ache, sir!" chorused his students.
"What if I held it for a day?"
"Then your arm would start to feel numb, it may even get paralysed and you may have to amputate it!" teased one student.
The class and the professor laughed.
"True," answered the professor. "And in all this while, did the weight of the glass change?"
"No," answered his students.
"Now, imagine this glass was full of your problems of the day. If you hold it for a while in your head, it will be OK. If you start to hold it inside you for an hour, you will start to have a headache and if you hold it for a day, it will paralyse you. Life's problems are as such. It is important to think about them, but it is equally important to put them down at the end of the day, or they will paralyse you and you won't be able to do anything."

Easier said that done. Sometimes it's just too difficult to put down something.
Nice analogy but both subjects are not always the exact things.
