im interested in biotechnology course in poly .wonder which poly is good at this course? I want the best. ^^

However, i was wondering if i get high marks like 4 and above in my olevel results, i wish to go to jc because there's a high chance of becoming a doctor/forensic scientist.
IS that true?

agree.. but JC can be stressfull oso.. just need to sacrifice time to study.. study.. study... so ya.. if poly, more practical.. poly also can become doctor..just nid tyme to go tru the process....

eh... can u be a doctor wif only a diploma?? I'm juz curious.. coz I thot need degree to be a doctor wor.. if like tt rite, go JC is faster..

of coz not.. haha.. just tat it takes a longer route.. u go poly take diploma.. den go Uni lor..
ya.. agree with your last sentence.. but be prepared for the worse at JC.. tats wat my frens in JC told me..

But poly and jc go to uni the number of years to study for poly students is lesser cuz u already learn some of the things in poly already ma.

but to get into medical field u need to do extremely well in JC, for diploma maybe if you are 1st in the whole cohort then maybe got chance to become a medical doctor.

If you wanna be a research doctor (PHD) Dip>Degree>Master>PHD, its possible... medical field doctor JC is more realistic, but then again, you need to do very well =)

go JC is a good choice even if you don't become a doctor.

cuz easier to go to university from JC. much harder to go university from poly cuz i think they only take the top 25% or higher for university.

so even if you decide not to become a doctor you can study something else in the U.

either way you still need to work hard because med sch is really hard to get into even for JC students.

yap2, simple as tat.. those who wants to bcome doctor, go JC better...

if not, go poly.. as i know, i saw the "further studies" for some of the poly courses, they say after get diploma, we can go Uni outside singapore and sraight to 2nd year in Uni... dunno correct or wrong.. but thats wat i saw a lot of tymes... anyone graduate from local poly and go 2nd year in uni???

i will prefer jc..

if jc eu can't pass the stress..

take test huh?? not sure lei.. coz poly courses tat i saw never say aniting.. just say 2nd year to Uni at amsterdam blah blah n blah.. haha..

Uni not tat reali stress lar.. time management is important.. my fren in Uni not streesss liao.. he still can play around.. haha..
