STOMPer SecretSins says that he sees policemen snoozing on the job "almost every other day" at the multi-storey carpark at Sembawang Crescent.
Most recently, he saw them last Sunday (15 July) at about 11.30am and took a picture and a video to send to STOMP.
The Sembawang Crescent resident noted that about an hour later, the officers were still asleep in the car.
This is not the first time that he has come across a scene like that here.
The STOMPer said: "It happens all the time. At times several will gather have 'smoking' session leaving a trial of cigarette butts on the floor."

he probably thought nobody would be around in the mscp
but he forgot that stompers are around the island

haha. busted. well these things happens, but u gotta know where and when to do it safely and not get exposed. most to most he will get warning letter or default..
btw, smoking in uniform is legal..FYI..=)

Only Regulars are permitted to go on patrol on his own if there is insufficient manpower due to MC or leaves.
He can kiss his promotion good-bye and increment for a couple of years.
