Total SGC$: 27.50 | the plight of a jc student..helpp hey argh hope ur can offer some advice to my problem..
i got into a jc arts stream after o level..and during the first 3 months..i was so happy there, making lots of nice and good friends. after the first 3 months i went back to the same jc but in the science stream and changed my subject combination and got into another class.. in tht class..everyone jus wanna study and do everything for themselves..and like not interested in making friends, going out etc. and now in jc2..i got no one to talk to in the class..pp in the class dun like me too coz i'm those extroverted and hyper type..so in class it's usually times of sadness and loneliness, the only times i have fun is wif my first 3 months or other class friends which is rare as they want to be wif their class too.
to make matter worse..i ran for student council and for some reason i didn't get in..and thus since i tot i would get into council and tht would be my cca, i joined a boring cca, which is service learning club..but i didn't get into council and now i really dun like my cca..also, i am now wondering if science is suitable for me too as i kept missing my arts subjects and friends.. so now in sch i lack class friends and cca friends..only occasionally one or 2 friends to hang out wif.. and all this are really affecting my studies..
i'm considering going to poly..mainly due to my cca and class..i was wondering if this is a smart choice? in poly i would be starting afresh and able to join new cca and having a new class..but i have to waste a year... |

If you have the chance to go for JC, just aim there... seemingly more prestigious to most people |

Go consult ur parents, teachers, principal.. if ur grades are like OOEs then maybe u jump but if ur grades DCD, u should stay and try to pull through for better grades.. then u can get into UNI... u then need not go the diploma route to degree..
