just squeeze it. You don't have to worry about scarring. Unless you have the intention of going bald? Face the sides while you're sleeping then, if the pimple is at the centre back. Good night. :p

but sometimes not ready to be squeeze, nth will come out de. and squeezing incorrectly[when the pimple has no "head"]will cause more trouble for your head.lols.

apply something on the pimple to irritate growth,
like oxy,
take a mirror see if u can see a "head"


if u are prone to having oil beads, pimples, acne on your head,
maybe its time to change a new suitable shampoo,
cause will end up baldin

squeeze will actually causes scarring, but since its at the back of ur head, i dun think that matters rite?
but it will be painful and imagine the mucus ooze out into ur hair =X

just leave it as it is, if u are really concerned, apply a very small amount of pimple cream on it, just enough to cover that pimple, and not enough to grease ur hair

and i got that before, i just leave it as it is, and it went away soon after 2 days liddat

Hmm... dun think it's pimple, may just be an outbreak due to your body's heatiness... Try to take food/ drink that has 'cooling' effect like barley or chrysanthemun tea ... :mellow3:
