Dear members,

Can anyone please teach and explain to me more about Phra Ngan (Mountain God), how come we can use it on bad and good things/wishes and it will listen and do what you wish, although your bad karma will be increased if done bad deeds. Please enlighten me with your expansive knowledge. Is it good to invite Phra Ngan to your home and ask for him to help me.

Once-called Phra Ngang but now called "Phra Chai" Buddha images.They are evolutional form of the decorative Buddha images, stressing on structure more than extravagant details.

PHRA NGANG
Phra Ngang is a vocab for calling a specific statuette of about 3-4 inches high. It refers to the Ayuthayan statuette that has no robe, sitting on a triangle base. Such the statuette was so called for many decades just because the former-generation people misunderstood that it's not represented Lord Buddha. So, they put Phra Ngang in the trouser's pocket. But it is now clear that they are misunderstood by the characteristics of the statuette. Present-day collectors now call the statuette "Phra Chai" which means Buddha image of Victory.
Phra Ngang is the evolutional form of a decorative Buddha image which depicts the Lord subduing Phya Chompoo(Mara) who was arogant for his great wealth. Once Phya Chompoo met the Lord , he arrogantly paid no respect to him. He thought that no one could compare to him on the wealth. Lord Buddha, a former wealthy prince, used his miraculous power create a mountain of treasures much more than Phya Chompoo' s and transform his body to be the greatest emperor, fully decorated with precious jewels.

Phya Chompoo was so frightend with the Lord's great power and yielded to him. The Lord taught him that being an emperor did not mean far more better than others because that one still face with sufferings and the death, and that a best human being is one who could destroy all evils in his mind and attain Nipphan(Niravan)-no rebirth again. By the Lord's teaching, Phya Chom poo enlightened the truth and requested for an ordination from the Lord, and the Lord gave him a benevolence.

We have found many Ayuthaya period's decorative Buddha images. All of them were created based on the mentioned legend with two characteristics, sitting and standing. The specific name of this Buddha image is "Subduing-Phya-Chompoo Buddha Image". The sitting type has far more evolution. The decorative Buddha image has developed to a plain statuette stressing on its structure more than extravagant details.

Even though, so many people still misunderstands about its characteristics and origin. The naive monks and lay persons commercially produce weird statuettes with red eyes and curved top-stem. They are still called Phra Ngang. All these are imaginary items and not accepted by Thai veteran collectors. And a lot of them are exported!! Do you have one of those items ??

Actually yes i seen alot of these statues in this thai shop but he would not sell it as he and other people own them and they use it for self use.

Bro,
to me no point asking about the hisotry of any statues as surely legards will have many verisons. (or else it will not be call as a legard). it will only confuse us and deter our faith...
whats more important is he can jalan and change our current life as desired rite?

Presently many saying about this god, but most said "it's" OR respectedly "HE's" meant/prayed for sexual attraction...and yes! there is a price to pay for abusing PAPA power....err.... i.e to get gals for ONS....

hi bro ahbeng,abt wanna your phra ngan to help you to do something or asking them to get the gal that you wan,can no problem at all,but you also must know how to pray to them and know abt the phra ngan katha..that is all i know from my friend..

getting the kartha is not an issue, since sellers can provide them,
most ppl most afriad is the side effect or bad karma after your "enjoyment"

how sure are u that the gatha will work?

do u know that in this world there is only 1 gatha that will make phr ngan work?

and do u know that this gatha is divided into 3 parts?


if u know the answers to the above 4 questions,let me know the answer if not dun come and mislead pple or ask pple to try something which u dun even know whats gonna happen at the end of the day.

Yes, sinners are those who break up people's family, influence people to wrong paths, killers and so on. They are REALLY a sinner. But if you are saying that sinners are those that dont believe in God, i feel its no big deal. Its still up to indivisual to believe or not. Does that mean im a sinner just because i dont believe in God. Does that mean that those who open casinos and believe in God are not sinners? If God is unfair just like i thought, then it makes no difference in God and human.
