2dae i bring my dog to pets station for grooming in one of e outlets n something frustrating happen to my dog.

Things happened like this..

ytd,i hav called to ask them if i nee to make appointment 4 my dog grooming,
they said no nee,juz bring my dog anytime there.
so i reach there abt 4pm n i asked 4 e particular groomer tat i noe,
however e person in charge there said he nee to go off at 5pm,so it is impossible 4 e groomer to groom my dog.
When i ask who will be e one,they said a "SPARE GROOMER".

Throughout e grooming,tat "SPARE GROOMER" kept pulling my dog's legs.
when tat "SPARE GROOMER "brings out my dog,my dog actually bites him,this will nt happened de cos my dog would'nt bite anyone de.N i knew tat something must be happened to him.

When i reached hm,i actually finds scars on his legs n private parts.
I immediatly called them n complain,n they actually wants us to go back to see is there is anything wrong.
Shit them.Wait long long,i will never go bk there again.

Haizzz,juz want to vent my anger n warn others if u are going there for ur pets grooming

similar incident happened to my dog before..

the pet shop at jurong point (can't remember the name) actually CUT away part of my dog's right ear causing it to bleed.. and when my dog was finally brought back in the night, the injury has already dried up.

imagine my shock when i touched her ear and discover such a shocking sight. they still have the cheek to say that it was my dog's OWN ear infection. wtf right? in the end, my family sent my dog to the vet and her ear is alright again but the part that was cut away did not grow out again

i feel so sorry for my dog who has to go through such trauma..

this happened somewhere beginning of last year.. so don't ever send your pets to those shops located in shopping centres or what.. they are just out to make money and will not show tender loving care

you bring you dog every week or once a month?
because i forgot to say that something like that happen to my cuz too, but is in aus.
Her dog died after she came back from the groomer. Is scary. Sometime is best not to hand in your dog to someone else care for awhile because you may never know what happen.
Unless you know that person is really very good with doggys

be PET groomer until lidat, should complain to CASE, seriously, not pollice, but CASE.

its like they are takin the money, and hurting ur dog.

I hav made complain to their main outlet the day b4 liao
n they gave me a address of a vet n said that they are going to pay for e medical fees.

So everything altogether onli cost $65.

Now my dog is abit paranoid liao.whenever he is asleep he will awake by little noise or movement.And he will bite us if we touch his leg(due to e cuts).
