haha.. this thread from pervert in himeko msn till ML pevertist... really interesting... but somehow, I abit agreed with ML abit...

1) Chatting in msn or chat forum trying to get other party contact doesn't consider as pervert.
2) Perhap he should try pm instead of asking in 'public'
3) If the other party willing to give him her number, or etc, it isn't consider as harrassment.
4) ML should join in the outing if he wants to know more friend, and not into msn or what...

To: ALL Girls,
Tried not to put your own msn or ym or whatever chatline address in profile or what. If ppl tends to know you or what, and after feeling more comfortable with them, then provide him/her your own email, hp or whatever.

Just my thoughts... =)

Well... i believe the people pick on him not because of chatting in msn... Its because of the way he acts and speaks... sounds too stupid

Hi all,

Please accept my apology for not reading this post. I did not know the seriousness of the problem until I came across it by accident. (Obviously, I haven't been doing my job

).

I can't speak on behalf of the admin, but on a personal note I do feel that its of everyone's best interest to safe guard their own privacy. In other words, its your responsibility to handle the problem if you decide to put your picture and your contact info to the public.

SGClub is a platform for communication and community network and I believe the admin will try his best protect everyone from harassment. However, I don't think its fair to pm the admin every time you got harass when you do nothing to protect yourself.

So ladies, to minimize the posibility of been harrassed, I suggest:

1) ONLY add people you know and trust
2) Remove your avatar from forums
3) Remove your direct contact information (tel, email, msn etc)

Secondly, I don't quite like the idea of targeting a particular member and branding him. It isn't going to make him better and it reflect poorly on you. I saw that he apologies and we should give him a second chance. But here is a warning to him though in a forum and in life it works the same way,

Lip service (cheap talk) is the worst thing you can do as a person, if you can't deliver what you said you are going to do, you will lose your credibility and trust from others.

I will close this thread since it loses its value over time, and if you (ladies) have any problem with forum perverts, pm the moderators or admin and we will look into it. Just remember to do enough to protect yourself too.
