whats the difference between pepsi and coke actually? i saw in some shop pepsi 1.50 coke 2.00.  i think they taste same.only the can different

...coke is much more nicer and sweeter to me..pepsi like very dull and gassy..

Agreed with IcyOrange. Pepsi is more gassy and less sweet compared to coke.
But I don't really like gassy drinks... makes me feel so bloated...

Well according to blindfold test, people cannot tell the difference.
Its a placebo effect, actually due to branding.
If the person tasting is told that it is coca cola, and is blindfolded, he would say that it is better than the other that is said to be pepsi although the truth is both are the same colas.

coke and pepsi definitely taste differently.. i havent drink pepsi for ages so i cant list the differences.. but if u let me drink both of them w/o labelling them, i can tell u which is which. ^^ be simplified at

my 2 cents:
then my question will be, how reliable and generalizable are the results of the blindfold test to the community? =) sample size? sampling population? such tests usually involve just a handful of participants (prolly utilizing convenient sampling also), and we don't even noe the internal validity of the tests..
methodologies of such studies are sometimes tweaked inconspicuously in an attempt to get favored results (for whatever reasons). so naturally, I'm pretty skeptical towards such claims. =) placebo effect definitely exists, but I'm sure there will be a number of us who can genuinely tell the difference. =)
