So now you have a few replies. Will you discount these replies if these people are not medical professionals? Should you include in your thread title that only medical professionals need reply?

There are plenty of websites done up by medical institutions which can answer your simple question. You're not asking for a diagnosis or an opinion, and period pains are hardly uncommon. So if you did a little reading, you'd find that the answers out there are pretty much the same.

The internet is more than just a forum, you know.

I got 1 solution...but i dunno is true or just concidential.

Try not to drink too much cold drinks when ur menses is about to come. tat means before ur menses 2weeks or so, try nt to drink so much.

I myself tried, it works...Nt so pain le...

Although i am a guy and don't know much about menses.. but i know there is a health product that can reduce menses pain and making your period coming more regularly.. if any of you girls are interested this product can pm me.. i will be glad to share.. =)

Other menstrual-type pain can be caused by conditions of the reproductive tract, such as the following:

Endometriosis - Uterine tissue that appears outside the uterus


Fibroids and adenomyosis - Harmless (benign) growths in the uterus


Infections in the reproductive organs


Abnormal pregnancy, such as an ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy in the tubes, outside the uterus)


IUD (intra-uterine device) used for birth control


Ovarian cyst


Narrow cervix
If a woman has had menstrual pain ever since her periods started, the condition is classified as primary dysmenorrhea. If some physical condition such as pelvic inflammatory disease or endometriosis is causing the menstrual pain, this is called secondary dysmenorrhea. Once the medical condition is treated, the menstrual pain usually goes away.

basically, means your uterus contraction causes the pain (caused by prostaglandin). Or you have some problems in your womb.

O,o wait its about menses right lol well my ex used to tell me this about her menses pain "Try flicking your nut sack 20 times with alot of force then u will know how it feels"
