Okay this REALLY sucks now .. i got like an upcoming school's EXAM on the 6 DEC 07 .. so that isn't a problem but the MAIN problem is .. i've got a community EXAM coming .. which its on the 7 DEC 07! The task given was simply understand'able .. 3 dishes .. BUT the bad news is .. 3 [ WESTERN ] HIGH CLASS dishes!
HIGH FRIGGIN' CLASS DISHES!!
I'm only at average rank i'm not even prepared for high class yet!
Does anyone have any good tips on what those 3 dishes should be?
RE: High class dishes as in .. uhm .. high class restuarnt that kind of dishes? Its like chicken chop which cost 'bout 45 bucks per plate?
Example : Western dishes like .. chicken chop, mushroom soup .. other other ETC .. just couldn't figure out on what to cook anyway .. hm...
1. shitake mushroom flame grilled salmon (with potato wedges as side, and tar tar is a must)
2. seafood mixed salad (scallop, prawn, crab meat, squid as the main seafood)
3. toasted chicken wrapped tortillos (deep fried chicken, diced tomatoes, button mushroom as the filling)
dunno if this is the kind of answer u want
