Orange & Almond Olive oil cake

hello eveyone! juz sharing some recipe hope u guys like it =)

1 cup sugar
3 whole egg
3 egg white
1/2 cup orange juice
Grated peel frm 2 orange
3/4 cup olive oil
250g almond meal
1 generous tsp baking powder
Pinch salt.

METHOD
Heat the oven to 190c. Butter and line a 21cm spring form tin using greaseproof paper.
Place egg white into one bowl and whole egg in the others.Using electric beater, beat egg white till they form stiff peaks. (leave aside)
Add sugar to the bowl with the whole egg and beat till mixture thickens. Grate orange peel directly into the bowl.
Add almond meal, baking powder salt and then the orange juice and the olive oil.
Fold in the beaten egg white intro tis mixture, pour mixture into the prepare tin and bake for 1/2hr.

(Serve with Icing Sugar dusted on top of the cake)

yes.. nut u need to crush it... if u put flakes..muz be topped on the cake =)
