2. Your resume and a 150 words write-up about what you think your talents are.
I'm running a business and I'm changing my business model to include "partners" in running it now since it's getting too big to maintain it myself. That's where the reference letter and your write-up come in handy. I need to know more about you in a relatively short period of time. Not to mention the trust part, which usually built as time goes by.
The main business function revolve around distributing items around, predesignated location. Also you might need to talk to some shop owners.
